Abstract [en]

The fossil records show that since the Middle Pleistocene, lemmings (Dicrostonyx, Lemmus) have been sympatric across their ranges. I compared mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) diversity estimates between the two genera to infer a difference in demographic history
