Abstract [en]

This presentation explores how understandings of ethnic ‘Others’ are negotiated in talk amongst end-of-life care professionals. By highlighting how the professionals negotiate what type of characteristics may be considered legitimate descriptions of migrant patients, the presentation sheds light on the process in which stereotypes is (re)produced in talk.
