Purpose/Aim: The aim of this study is to describe and analyze a media situation within an organization, using theories and models within the disciplines of issues management. The aim is further to distinguish between the external and internal communications within the organisation.
Material/Method: The work has been carried out as a descriptive as well as analytic study, using primarily Heath’s theories of issues management within an organisation.
Main results: Casino Cosmopol has to improve the work with identifying potential changes in the organisation’s internal as well as external environment, in order to influence decisions relating to a particular change before it has a negative effect on the organisation. The organisation has to focus mainly on the issues, in order to change the attitudes towards the casinos in the society.
