Purpose/Aim: The essay aims to examine how the communication and culture look within the company European Aeronautical Group AB. The aim for the essay also includes to discover the changes that has come up when the ownership has changed.
Material/Method: To get a picture of the communication and the culture has an investigation been made. Personal interviews har been used as a method for an evalutation of the mentioned conceptions. A total number of nine co-workers has been interviewed.
Main results: There has not been a remarkable change in how the communication and culture look within the organization and the shared valuations are still established in the organization. Yet, there are no guarantees that the absence of information or the changes in the decisionprocedures could not change the communication or the culture in the future.
