Note
Different aspects of the Balochi language and its role in society are treated in this work, which emanates from a symposium held in Uppsala in 1997. The issue of script and orthography is addressed in two papers and Balochi displaced communities (in Turkmenistan and East Africa) in two papers. Mother tongue education and language maintenance is the subject of three papers and the final paper treats the role of literature in the Balochi identity.Available from: 2006-11-20 Created: 2006-11-20 Last updated: 2018-01-12
