Volume V of Brill's Encyclopedia of Hinduism covers religious symbols ranging from gemstones and mudras to sacred threads and vihanas. This chapter discusses the history, development, and present spreading of Hinduism in Sweden from yoga to new religious movements and diaspora communities.
