    Abstract [en]

    This thesis studies the usability issues of the mobile phone in informal Swedish language learning. The concept of usability is defined by expanding the technical usability attributes of Jakob Nielsen with other recent attributes derived from considering the technical aspects of mobile learning (m-learning). Thus, the ultimate structure of the usability factors that are discussed in this study consists of: accessibility, easy-to-learn, technical design, efficiency and satisfaction. With the support of the relevant previous literature and interview, we research this topic by considering the mobile-assisted language learning (MALL), informal language-learning and usability elements, in order to explore and identify the usability of mobile phone. The goal of this study is to contribute to detailed understanding of mobile phone usage, further identify the usability issues of mobile phones by obtaining both critical and commendatory feedbacks and reflections from the users. For final results, through qualitative research approach, we offered several findings regarding the mobile phone usability with specified reasons.

    Abstract [en]

    Today's rapid technological development in relation with social networks create efficient information flows in everyday life. It creates conditions for so-called "hypes" that are described as an exponentially growing trend of testing a new product. What factors lies behind a hype and how does it affect people that choose to refrain from new technology?

     

    The purpose of this paper is to study the so called non-users, with a case study that concerns the Pokémon GO game and its hype in the summer of 2016. This case study has the intention to highlight the positive and negative aspects of non-users and other thoughts about hype. The study also intends to investigate what the non-users can contribute in technological development and if it's possible to distinguish between users and non-users in today's society.

     

    The case study has been carried out on the basis of two group interviews; a group that abstained from playing and a group that played Pokémon GO during the hype. A number of issues are discussed and linked against a theoretical framework which also has been used in the analysis in this paper. Based on the results of the case study it appears that nostalgia was a major factor in the hype, many had prior knowledge of the concept and was triggered by it. Nostalgia was also a factor that lead people to refrain from the hype. The game did not meet up to everyone’s expectations regarding the functionality which existed earlier in Pokémon but not now.  It also emerged that the social environment affects both users and non-users in several ways. The investigation of the case study showed that non-users often had to wait for players due to different reasons. This could be while on walks with the player or that users could completely block roads. To be able completely separating non-users and users is complex as the real world is used as the platform of the game. Both previous studies and this paper demonstrates how important it can be to understand non-users. They have the opportunity to present an overall perspective of a product that users might condone. In summary, the future will become more complex in the area, especially with new technologies that make the real world a game field.

    Introduktion. Större mängd tekniska lösningar tillkommer ständigt diabetessjuksköterskans arbetsplats. Deras arbetsroll har utvecklats genom tiden och får nu även en roll som teknisk förmedlare till patienten. Detta ställer högre krav på sjuksköterskan att ha tillräckligt med kunskap om diverse e-hälsosystem och kroppsnära tekniker med en utbildningsform som inte hänger med. Syfte. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur diabetessjuksköterskan påverkas av e-hälsosystem och kroppsnära teknik och hur de uppfattar användbarheten i systemen. Metod. En empirisk studie utfördes och sex diabetessjuksköterskor intervjuades på ett semistrukturerat sätt. Resultat. Resultatet visar att diabetessjuksköterskan arbetsuppgifter påverkas av e-hälsosystem och de tekniska lösningar som har tillkommit deras yrke. Användbarheten i majoriteten av systemen som används är bristfällig och utbildning i diverse system är begränsad. Konklusion. Diabetessjuksköterskan måste börja få vara mer delaktig i utvecklingen och implementationen av diverse tekniker som ska vara en del av arbetsuppgifterna. Samt måste tillräckligt med utbildning införas för att de tekniska lösningarna ska ha en god påverkan på sjuksköterskans arbetsroll och bättre användbarhet kan uppnås.

    Healthcare is a knowledge-intensive field. A significant quantum of extremely vital and viable healthcare knowledge exists in a tacit form, yet due to various operational and technical reasons such healthcare knowledge is not entirely utilized and put into professional practice. The strong increase in expert work and knowledge-intensive fields make examining the topic timely and hypothetically interesting.The most significant contribution of this study is the increase in understanding, as well as, tacit healthcare knowledge sharing amongst physicians and clinicians with the type of collaborative tools and technologies they have at their disposal. Collaborative tools and technologies help employees of an organization work closely with their colleagues, partner organization and other volunteers as tacit healthcare knowledge sharing among clinicians such as sharing of best practices, tips and tricks, inter professional collaborative networking, clinical experiences and skills are known to have a significant impact on the quality of medical diagnosis and decisions.This paper posits that collaboration tools and technologies can provide new opportunities for tacit healthcare knowledge sharing amongst health-experts, and demonstrates this by presenting findings from a review of relevant literature and a survey conducted with Medical Doctors who have moderate to high interaction with collaborative tools and technologies in the healthcare industry. Semi-structure interviews were conducted with health-experts (Medical Doctors and clinicians) of Akademiska Hospital, Uppsala, Sweden. Final thematic analysis unveiled six themes as potential contributors of collaborative tools and technologies in facilitating tacit healthcare knowledge sharing among clinicians. The newly developed themes are described and interpreted briefly; extensive literature review has been carried out to relate the emerged themes with the literatures and part of interview participant responses are supported as well. Finally this research suggests further empirical studies shall be conducted to acknowledge this study.

    Abstract [en]

    This study investigates the effects of a sustainability initiative in a Swedish municipality viewed through the lens of actor network theory. The focus is on the consequences of committing to the implementation of a reporting and analysis system for IT-supported sustainability. This commitment involves several actor networks, both internal and external to the municipality. The study shows that, to implement successfully a sustainability initiative, a thorough understanding of organizational routines and standards is required to enrol the affected stakeholders. Information systems can play a central role as tools for improving sustainability indicators and routines, thereby constituting important change actants.

    Abstract [en]

    Most work on ontologies for conceptual modelling is based on the assumption that conceptual models represent a pre-existing reality, which they should faithfully reflect. This paper suggests an ontology for conceptual modelling of institutional domains taking into account also the prescriptive role of conceptual models, thereby supporting the design of information systems. The paper draws on the current ontological discourse in information systems engineering; descriptive vs prescriptive conceptual modelling; socio-materiality in terms of clarifying the relationships be-tween physical and social domains; and ontological differences between (physical) properties and rights. The results of the paper can be used to support conceptual mod-elling in business analysis, in particular requirements elicitation of regulative aspects.

    When adopting standardized ERP systems organizations also adopt standardized processes. These processes are integrated in the organization. The integration of standardized business processes redefines the business while standardization also leads to more indistinguishable business processes. Standardization is a prominent property of SAP ERP. When organizations implement SAP they also implement the SAP way of doing business. The research question is based on a consideration whether increased standardization, as part of SAP ERP, may limit the organization’s possibility to change.To examine the question the thesis use interviews with a business organization and SAP consultants as well as document studies. The results of the empirical work point to the fact that standardization is not limiting opportunity to change. Rather standardization is viewed as a necessary structure that is more of an organizational change enabler than a limiter. The enabling view of standardization is a consistent finding from the empirical study.

    Abstract [en]

    IT projects often fail because they are late and more expensive than planned, and in many cases it is the time factor that is limiting for projects. There exist many different programming languages and the need to share structures between them. Applications within the same system often uses different terminology and the need for conversions occurs. Standardized languages such as XML exist but when organizations choose to create their own syntax for formatting publications instead a resistance can be distinguished. The paper can be used as basis for further research in the area of programming languages. This research focuses on comparing if the choice of syntax affects expenditure of time when marking document. The selected research strategy is experiment. A pilot study has been done and based on the results of the study a hypothesis testing (t-test) was made. The analysis of the results indicated that the use of optional syntax implied that less time was spent at marking document than the use of XML. The conclusion from this was that this area should be further explored and that the study should be done on a larger scale.

    Abstract [en]

    Branding strategies are becoming increasingly important for terrorist organisations who need to take a more purposeful approach at imbuing aspirational associations to their organisations in order secure recruits and funds in an increasingly competitive environment. The creation and implication of these individual brands are further amplified through the sophisticated harnessing of ICT and digital media, where the harnessing of novel tactics and digital trends feed into the increasing use of branding. It is a strategy being employed by numerous terrorist groups, and a burgeoning research field is rapidly evolving to represent this development. This study seeks to explore how al-Shabab constructs their brand in their digital magazine Gaidi Mtaani, using Aristotle's rhetorical triad of ethos, pathos and logos. This study has the hopes of contributing to comparison studies between Dabiq and Inspire and wider terrorist branding, terrorism, ICT and communication studies. Understanding the differences between how some of the most notorious terrorist organizations distinguish themselves will help counter the rhetoric and brand associations projected through their publications. In order to answer this research question, this study will consist of a two-part theoretical framework situated in the concept of branding and rhetoric theory. Rhetoric theory will help this study understand how al-Shabab communicate and constructs their brand. It will allow for the analysis of any persuasive communications that express al-Shabab’s brand associations and help analyse al-Shabab's divisive use of language in order to ultimately promote their brand and ideas. The empirical data will be analysed through the use of qualitative content analysis.

    Abstract [en]

    Is it unavoidable fact that the interface of a program will change when the program is updated. It is a well-known problem that such changes lead to usability issues, even if the new interface in itself is usable. In increasingly digitalized society where using computers and the Internet is no longer a matter of interest, but a necessity to manage everyday life, it is important that older generation is included in the rapid development. Older adults generally suffer from physical, motor and cognitive decline that can create barrier to using computers. Changing interface can be particularly problematic for this age group, and a smooth transition from the old interface to the new one is needed. Fifteen older and five younger computer users were recruited, to study how a drastically modified computer interface influences older adults as computer users. Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 8 was used as testing software for the case study where the participants were asked to conduct a series of tasks to observe the effects of first time experience with the new interface. The attitudes and the emotions towards the new interface, as well as the difficulties encountered during the first time use were studied in the thesis. The result showed the clear difference between the younger and older participants. Older participants generally had a more positive attitude towards the new browser, even though they encountered more difficulties during the test. The younger participants managed to complete the tasks with less assistance, but were skeptical towards the new interface. Despite the differences in the emotional reactions, both groups were reluctant to update to the new interface, which was shown to be particularly problematic for older participants. The result of the study indicates that an interface that undergoes major restructuring is most likely to be problematic for senior computer users. Thus, there is a need for a bridging strategy between the old and the new interface.

    Abstract [en]

    With the transition from closed to open innovation in recent years, the next trend for companies has been to bring in new ideas from external stakeholders using innovation tools, known as Open Innovation Software (OIS). The most common type of OIS, called idea management systems, allows participants to submit, evaluate, and engage in discussions around ideas. However, implementing software to support innovation is not a sure success and potential problems may arise.

    The purpose of this thesis is to research problems within features in current idea management systems, and to provide guidelines that suggest ways that may eliminate or reduce the impact of the particular problems.

    Interviews were conducted with representatives from five different idea management systems. The respondents demonstrated their systems, which made it possible to gather features and to learn about problems that exist in these systems.

    Five problems within features were found; these were related to engagement, duplicates, idea evaluation, complexity, and bias. Numerous recommendations regarding how the impact of these problems may be reduced have been identified.

    The findings of this thesis show that Problems with engagement is best dealt with using features that delivers better feedback in order to give more motivation to the participants. As for managing duplicates, it is recommended to implement a feature that suggests similar ideas during the idea submission phase. It was found that allowing users to have an unlimited amount of votes should be avoided. To prevent bias, managers should be careful of having features that displays idea ratings before users have casted their vote, features that allow users to edit their casted vote unless an idea has been edited,  and  for instance features that show ideas in order of popularity.

    Abstract [en]

    We mainly study development velocity in agile teams in this dissertation. The concept of development velocity relates to the classical problem of time estimation in software development and software development planning. Building on previous literature as well as a case study, we explore and theorize the factors that cause ‘velocity flux’, i.e. fluctuations in development velocity through studying the relationship between development velocity and the rate of incoming customer feature requests. The aim of this study is to contribute to a better understanding of what causes velocity flux in agile development, and discusses the implications of the findings for research and practical implications for agile planning. As a result, we propose nine factors that cause velocity flux, and provide some strategies to overcome them in order to make a more effective sprint planning in agile teams.

    System development in recent years has moved towards more flexible approaches to conduct the development, an Agile approach in today's IT company is not at all unusual. In line with the change of development approach also a procedure of testing has gained increased focus: Test automation. The process of test automation in agile system development has gained an increasingly significant role and some authors even claim that test automation is the basis for agile development to be conducted. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the challenges a tester in the Agile methods encounters during the automation process. This is done using interviews of five testers at five different companies and they all have one thing in common, they're working agile.

    Abstract [en]

    Requirement management is an important part in the system development process. Gathering, analyzing and prioritizing system requirements clarifies how a future system should work. Requirements may be used in different parts of the system development process. For example it may be used when a system offer or prototype is to be evaluated. It may also be used when a system is tested to make sure it manages to fulfill functional requirements. The purpose of this paper is to investigate what requirement management looks like in reality compared to a choice of theoretical methods. This is made through a case study where the focus has been on gathering, analyzing and prioritizing requirements. The case study also investigates how these requirements are used later in the system development process. The result of our case study shows that techniques from our chosen theory are partly used in reality. It was clear that the techniques were mixed rather than used separately and that they are not used exactly as the theory suggests. In our case study the requirements were used to evaluate system offers, prototypes and to test the system before it was delivered.

    Abstract [en]

    Human argumentation in general and legal dispute in particular can be seen as highly dynamic and non-monotonic to its nature. To us this suggests that logical analysis of legal argumentation needs to be conducted in a dynamical and flexible setting in which the interaction is influenced by the parties' previous arguments. To express such approximations of legal reasoning as computational formalizations of argument, applications require dealing with knowledge representations, non-monotonic logics and a game-model able to capture the interaction as a debate between two or more disputing parties. In this paper we present some intuitions regarding the features of a full implementation and accompanying software for defeasible adversarial legal argumentation.

    Automated decision-making is a significant concern for theAI community and especially for multi-agent systems. Although it has long been known among scholars of rhetoric that human decision-making can be systematically influenced by skillful argumentation, there seems to be a lack of formalizations which handle the impact rhetoric has on the concealment of logical fallacies to the human mind. In this paper, we highlight the need of metacognition for the successful formal representation and interpretation of human argumentation and thus successful automated decision-making. The relevance of such investigations is illustrated with a real-world example taken from the discourse of neuroscience.

    Abstract [en]

    An increasing amount of companies and organizations are starting to implement the use of cloud computing in their business. This trend results in that software, which was previously sold and distributed to the customers whom then had to install the software on their own computers, now is being replaced with Software as a Service (SaaS). SaaS makes software available through the customers’ browsers, which results in that the service providers only have to administer a single application. The process to migrate a distributed application to a service delivered as a SaaS lacks sufficient investigation; this paper will provide some guidelines for conducting such a pro- cess. During the work on this paper, a prototype of a service delivered as a SaaS has been devel- oped with the intention to test, among other things, how a distributed relational database can be converted to a key/value pair storage. A conversion of this kind enables data to be stored locally in the customers’ browsers, which relieves some pressure on the server as well as enables the application to be used in offline-mode. The paper results in three guidelines which should be considered when planning to migrate software to a service delivered as a SaaS with a local data- base; Think before you act, Don’t expose your soul and Size matters. These guidelines describe how a migration process should be planned, when an application is not deemed appropriate to migrate and when a conversion of the database is not appropriate.

Projektets fokus är offentliggemensamma digitala resurser. Med begreppet digital resurs menas sådan digitalt representerad information och mjukvara som i något avseende kan ses som en samlad resurs och som kräver särskild styrning vad gäller utveckling, drift och förvaltning. Med offentlig- gemensamma digitala resurser menas sådana IT-resurser som i någon mening kan ses som en gemensam angelägenhet för flera offentliga förvaltningar.Ekonomiskt bistånd ges av kommunernas socialtjänster till människor som inte klarar av sin försörjning på egen hand. Ekonomiskt bistånd är den ”sista utposten” av det offentligas resurser för att stödja människor utan egna ekonomiska resurser. För handläggning av ansökningar om ekonomiskt bistånd inom kommunerna krävs att kontroller görs av information som registerhålles av olika statliga myndigheter om de sökandes andra ekonomiska förmåner och omständigheter. Digital samverkan har utvecklats mellan å ena sidan kommunerna och å andra sidan statliga myndigheter och a-kassorna. Vi har beskrivit och analyserat samstyrning och samanvändning av digitala resurser för ekonomiskt bistånd utifrån sju samverkansdimensioner som definierats inom RESONANS-projektet: normativ, regulativ, relationell, performativ, semantisk, presentativ och teknisk dimension.Det har funnits och finns fortfarande stora svårigheter att få till stånd en effektiv digital informationsförsörjning inom ekonomiskt bistånd. Den rättsliga regleringen är omfattande, komplex och delvis motstridig. Det har varit svårt att få till stånd en fungerande utvecklingssamverkan mellan kommunkollektivet och olika myndigheter. På kommunsidan används olika proprietära programvaror (socialtjänstssystem) och leverantörerna till dessa har visat svagt intresse för att öppna upp sina system för digital samverkan.

    Abstract [en]

    Identifiers — such as personal identification numbers, student numbers, and license numbers — are used for identifying individual objects and constitute an important part of the information infrastructures of organizations and society. The design, choice, assignment, withdrawal, and replacement of identifiers are significant economic and political issues with more profound consequences than are perhaps commonly perceived. Use of identifiers can result in significant costs because they may include descriptive information, because an inappropriate identifier may be chosen for the object in question, or because there may be a lack of institutional control of the identifier. The objective of this paper is to elaborate on these problems by explaining the identifier construct from a technical, institutional, ontological, and information infrastructural perspective. Based on this understanding, we provide guidelines for how identifiers should be designed, chosen, replaced, and controlled. Accordingly, we address the practical need for improved design principles relating to the increasingly important infrastructural character of computerized information systems that stems from the importance of appropriate identifiers for information infrastructures and society as a whole. In order to understand the role, function, and meaning of identifiers, it is important to acknowledge that the identifier is fundamentally a linguistic construct used when referring to socially constructed institutional objects. Institutional objects are symbolic entities that represent institutional and brute facts, which are the results of human actions.

    Dokumentation har en central roll i systemutveckling och främst i den fas som majoriteten av ett IT-systems livstid spenderas i, förvaltningsfasen. Systemdokumentation är omfattande men ett av de viktigaste dokumenten är användningsfall. Det är ett kraftfullt verktyg för medarbetare att förstå systemet och är en möjlighet att förmedla systemets funktioner vidare. Dokumentation lider ofta av problemen att de inte uppdateras eller håller den kvalitet som behövs för att medarbetarna ska vilja använda dem i sitt arbete. Studien har inspirerats från teorin där effektiv dokumentation nämns och applicerat detta på användningsfall för att identifiera ineffektiv dokumentation och vilka konsekvenser ineffektiv dokumentation kan ha för medarbetare och IT-system. Med en fallstudie hos Bankgirots system Bg Avtal har studien genomfört dokumentanalys och intervjuer. Genom datainsamlingen har studien först kunnat konstatera att de användningsfall som används för Bg Avtal är ineffektiva och sedan kunnat identifiera konsekvenser av detta. Studien har identifierat att det för medarbetare och system kan uppstå inkonsekvens, personberoende, godtyckliga lösningar och svårigheter med verksamhetsspråket. Dessa konsekvenser anses även kunna uppstå om annan systemdokumentation är ineffektiv.

    Abstract [en]

    The research field argues for the importance of aligning business and IT, since organizations that has conducted a high degree of alignment in general perform better than other organizations. This is not easy to achieve, aligning business and IT is still one of the top challenges for organizations. This study aims to examine previous research to identify and describe scientifically validated ways of achieving and keeping business and IT aligned. To do this a systematic literature review is conducted. The result from the systematic literature review is processed to identify similarities between the different ways of achieving and keeping business and IT aligned. The study contributes with a theoretical ground for future research and for interested students and practitioners who want to gain insights in the field.

    Abstract [en]

    Web-based information systems are now a common practice for companies to optimize their operations. By making use of web applications such as web services, resources and data can easily be shared within the company at a local and even global level over the internet, by accessing these resources and data from centralized databases through the web-service. This work was performed at Syntronic Software Innovations (SSI) in Gävle and it is based on their specifications and requirements that the system has been developed. This thesis describes how such a web system can be developed, as well as how the techniques and tools available today are best suited for the purpose. To answer these questions, the design science research method has been used. The techniques and tools that the research showed to be best suited for this purpose will then be used to practically develop an IT artifact in the form of a web system where a web application - or web service - contains the functionality to connect to the database and retrieve data, and a client to which the data will be retrieved. The IT artifact is then evaluated using the method of "black box testing", or verification testing, to determine whether the system met the requirements in the requirement specification. The research shows that it is possible to develop such a system by means of the research method used.

    This paper examines the advantages and disadvantages of an internet voting system, and aims to identify the factors that affect an introduction of such a system in Sweden, as well as what experts in internet voting think of internet voting systems. The study identifies the advantages and disadvantages through previous research published on the subject, and uses this as a basis for interviews of Swedish researchers and experts in digitalization and internet voting. After analyzing the interview the study results in a model that illustrates the process that an introduction of internet voting would require, as well as a list of factors that have an influence on the process.

    Abstract [en]

    Despite the fact that business-to- business (B2B) is clearly over-represented in today's global e-commerce, the portals designed for this purpose are characterized by greatly inferior usability and user experience compared to those in other areas of e-commerce. Thus, the purpose of this study is to clarify areas of concern regarding the usability that can be identified in the e-commerce portals intended for B2B. Further the research aims to practically show how system development methodologies, frameworks and design principles can be applied to address the identified problem areas. To conduct the study, interviews were held with a group of informants with experience in e-commerce portals in B2B. In addition, an existing e-commerce portal for B2B was analyzed and re-designed based on the chosen theory and previous research. The results of the study present a set of identified problem areas, a practical example of an improved e-commerce portal as well as how a specific system development approach, framework and set of design principles can be implemented to elevate the usability and user experience.

    Verification of knowledge-bases is a critical step to ensure the quality of a knowledge-based system. The success of these systems depends heavily on how qualitative the knowledge is. Manual verification is however cumbersome and error prone, especially for large knowledge-bases.

    This thesis provides a design theory, based upon the suggested framework by Gregor and Jones (2007). The theory proposes a general design of automated verification tools, which have the abilities of verifying heuristic knowledge in rule-based systems utilizing certainty factors. Included is a verification of completeness and consistency technique customized to this class of knowledge-based systems.

    The design theory is instantiated in a real-world verification tool development project at Uppsala University. Considerable attention is given to the design and implementation of this artifact – uncovering issues and considerations involved in the development process.

    For the knowledge management practitioner, this thesis offers guidance and recommendations for automated verification tool development projects. For the IS research community, the thesis contributes with extensions of existing design theory, and reveals some of the complexity involved with verification of a specific rule-based system utilizing certainty factors.

    We consider an abstract representation of some environment in which an agent is located. Given a goal sequence, we ask what strategy said agent - utilizing readily available algorithmic tools - should incorporate to successfully find a valid traversal route such that it is optimal in accordance with a predefined error-margin. We present four scenarios that each incorporate aspects common to general navigation to further illustrate some of the difficult problems needed to be solved in any general navigation strategy. Two reinforcement learning and four graph path planning algorithms are studied and applied on said predefined scenarios. Through the introduction of a long-term strategy model we allow comparative study of the result of the applications, and note a distinct difference in performance. Further, we discuss the lack of a probabilistic algorithmic approach and why it should be an option in any general strategy as it allows verifiably "good" estimated solutions, useful when the problem at hand is NP-hard. Several meta-level concepts are introduced and discussed to further illustrate the difficulty in producing an optimal strategy with an explicit long-term horizon. We argue for a non-deterministic approach, looking at the apparent gain of epsilon-randomness when incorporated by a reinforcement learning agent. Several problems that may arise with non-determinism are discussed, based on the notion that such an agents' performance can be viewed as a markov chain; possibly resulting in suboptimal paths concerning norm.

    The so-called “blogosphere” is growing rapidly and in the same pace it becomes more difficult for bloggers to attract active visitors. It is only 9% of all visitors who choose to leave a comment when they visit a blog. Two reasons could be the difficulty in how to express emotions in short text messages and that the response on the submitted comment is delayed or absent.

    The purpose of this essay is to find out how a blog could give a direct response to the writer of a blog post. This response is constructed by a machine language interpretation of the post and then shown in an illustration. The interpretation is made from an emotional point of view.

    To fulfill the purpose consultations have been made with proficient people. These discussions were combined with our own problem solving. Literature studies have also been performed to reach the goal.

    The result indicates that the idea works however, so far it has only been possible to implement a prototype of it.

    The conclusion is that the prototype’s functionality meets the purpose though there are limitations in language interpretation and in the emotional presentation. If these pieces would be further developed this artifact could help increase the participations in blogs.
