Abstract [sv]
This project is a legal scientific study concerning the protection of species, using the wolf as an example. It will compare regulation for the protection of wolves and the handling of related conflicts in the US and the EU, with an emphasis on Sweden. The study focuses on the Endangered Species Act (ESA) in the US; and the Bern Convention, the Habitats Directive and Swedish legislation on protection of species.
